ToDo-Manager

Description

The module ToDo enables you to manage and monitor measures in a structured manner. Accordingly, you can recognize the dependency of different tasks to each other. All tasks are controlled user-related and can be communicated via e-mail. With the help of escalation levels, you can determine automatic system-sided reactions and messages. The tasks can be controlled and displayed across locations via the web-based approach. Therefore, you have a quick overview over the current status of all of your projects.

The ToDo Manager offers you the possibility to record the related processing time as well as the respective budget use for every single processing step so far for each task and activity. This data can be called up and tracked in a history. This way, you can always plan and trace your company’s resource consumption, which leads to an optimization of the budget planning and resource utilization.

The module ToDo supports the communication between your employees and departments because of its structure. That way, misunderstandings and wrong information can be cleared up fast and effectively before they can have a negative influence on your company.

Everything at a glance

The ToDo Manager’s Cockpit offers you personalized the ideal overview over your tasks and measures. There, you can see and edit all of your topics tasks and activities. Furthermore, you can choose the treeview where you can filter by your own tasks. It also provides the possibility to receive an overview over all of your topics and their respective tasks and activities.

Graphical representation

You can get a visual representation of the temporal sequence of the activities of your activities/measures by using the gantt diagrams, which are created automatically and are available to you at any time. You can switch the view of the diagram between months, weeks and days. Of course, these can also be printed out if required.

In addition, you can display statistics of the number of tasks and activities per employee as a bar chart. Here you have various filter options, e.g. setting a specific period of time, filtering by persons or groups of persons, etc. This means you always have an ideal overview of the workload of your employees.

Analysis tools

    The module ToDo contains the "5 Why System" to implement cause analyses based on various events / errors. This way, causes for deviations in audits e.g. can be investigated precisely and be questioned. In this case, the reason for the occurrence of an event / error is specifically searched for.

    This functionality is available whereever cause analyses can be created. Additionally, the Ishikawa tool can be used as a possible cause analysis.

    5 Why analyses are directly related to single causes / errors. In addition to this, counter- or prevetion measures can be created and managed in the ToDo manager.

  • >Ishikawa

    The Ishikawa module is used to create Ishikawa diagrams and gives you the opportunity to analyze, for example, cause-effect relationships.

    These can be easily drawn and edited by hand and the use of format templates and Ishikawa templates provides a dynamic and easy management.

    The Ishikawas can then be evaluated with flexible evaluation systems and measures can be automatically generated from the deviations.

    The module Ishikawa offers a dynamic solution to create, design and analyze Ishikawa diagrams. This enables you to throughly analyze the causes of problems and to create appropriate counter-measures. The generated measures can be directly linked to the ToDo-Manager and the appropriate persons. This way, critical points can be fixed quickly and effectively.
