Our partner company, MCS GmbH, has been active in the QM sector for more than 30 years and, in addition to management consulting, also offers various training courses and seminars, including two consecutive training courses designed in cooperation with GUKSA GmbH with regard to the software solutions offered. The trainings deal with the extension of the quality management according to ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 with regard to risk considerations in a management system and the use of the so-called RPAS® system (Risk and Process-oriented Audit System).

Management System Risk Coordinator – Part 1

The aim of this training is to enable you to identify risks to your company's existence as well as opportunities at an early stage.

Using examples from your day-to-day business, you will learn the basics of implementing a system for risk identification, assessment and reduction. So that you can act as an intermediary between process owners and company management in compliance with DIN EN ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and the extensive customer-specific requirements (CSR).

The training is based on the RPAS® system, which puts a special focus on improving your business processes so that you do not only achieve short-term effects, but also achieve sustainable progress.

The following skills will be taught in this seminar:

  • Introduction of the management system process in connection with the existing management system in the organization
  • Systematic application of methods for risk identification, assessment and reduction
  • Fact-based reporting to management on the implementation and effectiveness of risk measures and the risk status
  • Appropriate design, implementation and maintenance of the elements of the risk and process-oriented management system on behalf of the company management

Management System Risk Auditor – Part 2

The focus of this training is on the ability to bring the management system, the corporate strategy, its objectives and customer requirements into balance. For this purpose, the Management System Risk Auditor training builds on the basic knowledge gained in the previous seminar and teaches the extension of process-oriented audits to include risk assessment and customer-specific requirements (CSR).

You will be introduced to the value-analytical and risk-oriented consideration of the processes, so that you can recognize the potential of your management system. These contribute to preventive cost savings and improved forecasting of your risks and opportunities.

The following skills will be taught in this seminar:

  • Creation of a risk and process-oriented audit system with the aid of the risk combination matrix
  • Dealing with risk factors, risk identification and assessment as well as Risk Map
  • Application of the risk and process-oriented audit system according to RPAS® on an operational example
