Until now, the assignment of requirements to processes has been performed exclusively automatically via the integrated process reference matrix. This automatic assignment continues to serve as the basis for the structured evaluation of requirements. However, users can now manually adjust the suggested assignments as needed and assign requirements to the responsible processes in a more targeted manner.
As a result, >CSR+ offers companies a significantly higher degree of flexibility in evaluating and implementing customer-specific requirements. Particularly in cases involving complex organizational structures, varying areas of responsibility, or location-specific processes, the new feature enables an even more precise and efficient approach to handling requirements.
A particular advantage of custom process assignment is its high degree of adaptability to existing corporate structures. Process models do not need to be changed or laboriously adapted to reflect organizational specifics. Instead, requirements can be addressed precisely where they are actually handled, monitored, and implemented in practice.
