What prompted you to look for solutions for managing customer-specific requirements?
The high number of complex and extensive customer-specific requirements (especially in the automotive industry) and the associated administrative and testing costs (currently approx. 250 automotive customers). Furthermore, the revisions to customer requirements associated with the IATF update.


Why did you choose CSR+ from GUKSA?

How did you find the process from initial contact to implementation of the solution on site?
Extremely professional and customer-oriented. The option of a trial version further convinced us of the benefits of the system. Furthermore, service and support during and especially after implementation were always provided promptly. Questions were answered immediately and in detail.

 

To what extent has CSR+ contributed to the optimization of your processes?
Implementation enables timely assessment of customer-specific requirements and ensures cross-location communication in the interests of our customers. The ability to compare new and old customer-specific documents with each other and with the standard (e.g., IATF) has significantly reduced the administrative workload at our company. The automatic portal query eliminates the need for manual and delayed checking of customer portals. Automatic notification replaces the previously defined workflow and guarantees a uniform level of information for all responsible parties in the various functions and locations. The requirements of the automotive market are thus managed in a single system.


How would you describe the acceptance of the solution within the various departments?
Consistently positive after switching to the system. The training clearly demonstrated the advantages of the system once again. Initial applications were implemented without any problems. Reduction in workload for the responsible functions visible, resulting in high acceptance among those involved.


Would you recommend this software solution to others, and if so, to whom?
Yes, basically all companies that supply a large number of customers within the automotive industry (OEMs to Tier customers).
