The module >CSR+ (Customer Specific Requirements) is a software solution for the evaluation, analysis, and management of your customer specific requirements (CSR).
The system enables a structured and transparent presentation of customer-specific QM system requirements as well as requirements against a set of rules (e.g. IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 9100, ISO 14001 etc.), which are worked out for you by our highly qualified GUKSA auditors. Your company processes are entered in order to be able to assign the responsible processes and thus also the respective process owners to these specific customer requirements. The evaluation of claims is carried out on the basis of these representations with the possibility of a final communication to the customer (keyword: "Side Letter") and the further filing of special agreements with this customer including the implemented measures. Valuations can be carried out both on a Group-wide (global) basis and on a site-specific basis.
To ensure that all customer documents in your >CSR+ system are always up to date, GUKSA offers a weekly service. Always stay up to date when it comes to the wishes and demands of your customers (keyword: contractual obligations).
The desired implementation of CSR along the supply chain is simplified by allowing you to create your own CSR documents according to the VDA standard and make them available to your suppliers. >Evaluation of customer requirements
The module enables you to evaluate the additional requirements of the customers internally and towards the customer. This evaluation is done via so-called profiles, which allows you to map the different views (e.g. sales, production, purchasing, quality, ...) on customer requirements. With the fade-in of your processes, each process owner only needs to focus on the demands that concern his process or area.
In addition, you can also store and track measures for the individual requirements. A written exchange with the customer (side letter) can also be documented at this point through a corresponding document upload.
This ensures that the same level of information regarding customer-specific requirements is uniformly documented for the various locations.
>CSR always up to date
GUKSA offers you in connection with the software solution >CSR+ a so-called customer portal query service for the respective OEM/customer portals. Hereby, these customer websites are checked weekly for updates of existing CSR documents. Thus >CSR+ facilitates the requirement of TS/IATF 16949 to evaluate changes within 10 working days and to be able to react promptly to innovations on the part of your customers.
This service is fully documented in the system and you will receive notifications through GUKSA when CSR or customer documents have been updated. At the same time, the new document version is immediately made available to you in >CSR+. As an additional convenience, we prepare a change document in which a text comparison between an old and the respective new version is clearly presented. This allows you to avoid a time-consuming, manual comparison of the different versions of a document and to concentrate on the essentials, namely the changes, in order to be able to evaluate efficiently and effectively. >Creation of customer-specific requirements
The software solution also allows you to create your own customer-specific requirements, either for internal use (e.g. plant standard) or for your suppliers. For example, compile your own supplier guideline from the requirements of various customers and supplement it with your company's own requirements. In this way, you meet the requirement of forwarding the customer-specific requirements through the entire supply chain.
This also allows you to present, communicate and document your contradictions/adjustments to your customer's demands within the scope of communication with your customer.
In your customer documents you will often find references to further documents and information (often called "applicable documents"). These are documents that contain statements/regulations that are valid for the document under consideration (CSR) but are not detailed in the document. Typically, these are framework documents, such as guidelines, VDA volumes, standards, laws/directives, and other specifications from your customers.
According to the law firms cooperating with us as well as other experts, these are also to be considered as part of the contract with the respective customer.

The >PB+ module is used to implement modern process management and significantly accelerates and simplifies both its introduction and permanent management in your company. Company processes created and managed here can be easily assigned to the assessments carried out there via the interface to >CSR+. By referencing a set of rules, you can clearly identify and display the affected process owners to corresponding customer requirements.
